SQL Server service access denied for admin

I installed SQL Server 2008 R2 on Windows Server 2008. After a day, the SQL Server service stopped and all users even admin can not access to start this service



In Windows explorer, I can not remove this file. This scenario repeats every 3 days.



Can my server be infected with a virus?
