C++ Accessing a dynamic static variable made in macro from another class - namespace “Reflection” has no...

Here is my problem
classA.h
#define Enum_Begin(name,app)
namespace Reflection {
static ReflectedEnumType object_##app = ReflectedEnumType(name,
CONCAT_ENUM(app))
So when i call in ClassB.cpp as such
Enum_Begin("InputType", InputType)
at this point in the code the static variable is created called object_InputType
now my problem is somewhere down the line in class C.cpp i want to now get that variable and get a property from it which calls this macro
InputType::Enum inputType= ConvertFromString(InputType, "SomeEnumValue");
back in classA.h i have the following macro definition
#define ConvertFromString(name,value)
Reflection::FromString(Reflection::object_##name,##value);
The line in classC now tells me "namespace "Reflection" has no member "object_InputType"
How am i supposed to get around this issue? is this all down to which files are being compiled first?
my fallback solution would be to have these macros and functions all inside a class but then id have to change how i am trying to reflect objects to be inside a class rather than at the tops of my cpp files.
Thanks
