I am still in the planning phase of a project but what I am looking to do is be able to request a large array of videos from a server and save them to my Cordova app locally to view without the need of an internet connection. It's important to note that I am not looking to save the videos to the device to be accessed through the camera roll, but only to the apps cache. However I am having a hard time finding any information on any kweight limitations. Are there any device/iOS/Cordova limitations in regards to kweight when trying to store large videos for local playback?

  • Not sure if this is up to date, but I have used html5rocks as source for questions like this. You might want to check Safari for iOS...
