Prestashop 1.6.1.16 missing cart

I have a problem with cart in Prestashop 1.6.1.16. It was everything looking fine to 10.11 (I have a mirror from google which looks like everything ok) but after that cart was missing and buy_block also. I've checked and in CSS cart and buy_block they have display: none. Sadly I don't why. I've returned buy_block in a product but cart is still not working after deleting display: none. What is working ok:
- I can add product to cart and number is growing,
- I can see the cart and I can click on in
What is not working:
- When I mouseover on cart is not showing summary of my order,
- when I click on cart page is redirected to web site which is informing that something went wrong with order,
- logged user can't show history of orders and cart because is redirecting to site with an error too.
After a deleting display: none I've changed system of order from one-page to 5 steps. It don't work too. Shop is not on catalogue mode. I've attached pictures of a CSS apeared displays: none.
