Kantu testing automation, “Focus” command equivalent

I'm using Kantu browser automation. I want to position a cursor in a textbox that runs AJAX in the background.
It's about textbox that I type in an email, then AJAX runs automatically to check whether this email is previously registered or not.
I'm using "type" command ti type the email in the textbox, but this type is not triggering the AJAX as it's not placing the cursor in the textbox.
My question is that in Kantu how to place a cursor in the textbox to be blinking? I heard that can be done by "focus" command in Selenium IDE. SO, is there and equivalent command in Kantu for "focus" command in Selenium IDE?

To simulate native keyboard events like a real mouse click or mouseover, you can use the XType and XClick and XMove commands of Kantu.

First you need to click on the place you want to type in (= give it the focus). You do this with XClick. You have several options to identify the place to click:

XClick | locator (xpath etc) ....this is the same locator with the normal selenium ide click

XClick | image (finds the place via image search)

XClick | x,y coordinates (not recommended)

And after you clicked on the place, you can use XType (= native OS sendkeys) to send keyboard events.

Indeed, V3.1.9 does not have this feature. But the latest version in the Chrome and Firefox store is V3.3.3 - I am surprised that your Kantu installation has not auto-updated itself (mine did ~two weeks ago).
