JW player mute button unresponsive in chrome for ads when autoplay is on
I am using VAST tag in JW player and I would like to autoplay the ad before the video. Because of the recent autoplay restrictions by the browsers, the ad starts muted which is expected. In Safari browser, I can mute/unmute using the player control button but in chrome the button is unresponsive and the user is not able to unmute the ad. Is there a way to get over this issue? Appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
