How can I format a receipt for cordova Bluetooth plugin

I have developed an app in Ionic 3 that does some POS works. I want the app to be able to print a receipt to customers I have tried to implement a cordova bluetooth printer plugin from here and its working fine but its just print plain text I want to have a formatted receipt like this alignment of information on the receipt in the image bellow 
If any one knows how I can implement this format in the plugin, the help will really be appreciated.
