Angular / Material 7 how to outsource materal table rows

I want to outsource my admin's table row setting into one line component, but I got the following error message:

If I use tag selector instead of attribute selector, I got the this:
ERROR Error: Could not find column with id "title".
at getTableUnknownColumnError (table.es5.js:651)
