In Visual Studio 2017, IIS Express runs when Start Debugging, but does not terminate when clicking Stop Debugging. How can I stop the IIS application when stopping debugging?

Try this: Under Project Properties -> Web, toggle the current check state for "Enable Edit and Continue"

Try this: Under Project Properties -> Web, toggle the current check state for "Enable Edit and Continue"
