After I use pip install jupyter notebook upgrade to upgrade my jupyter notebook, I cannot use my notebook anymore.

  • In the notebook, for the code cell, it looks like this and when I run this cell, nothing happens:

enter image description here

  • For the tab that I run for the notebook, it has a sand clock which tells me to wait but it never really starts to run when I hit run for the code cell:

enter image description here

  • Also, there are some errors in my command window:

enter image description here

Can anyone please help me with what happened to my jupyter notebook? Thank you so much.

Welcome to Stack Overflow! Please, don't post your code/error messages as images. Firstly we want to copy/paste it and secondly search engines are unable to index that information. So please make sure that any textual information is actually provided in text form.
