Azure Active Directory and local network - can't connect to any local ip over http/s

0

My company bought Microsoft 365 Business.
One of the features is MDM and other control tools.
There are 20 PC connected to local network (not domain) using one workgroup. The network is behind Draytek Vigor 2830. Also, we have one NAS - Qnap.
When I in win10 connect to O365 (Settings->Accounts->Access Work or School) I'm losing an option to connect any local IP (like login to the web interface on Qnap, web panel for printers etc), but can use them as mounted network drives, print etc. Also can access any website. I have to disconnect from AAD and everything is back to normal.
I have looked already for any information about this problem but still not found any solution. Will carry on to find a solution. Also, hope I will find information there. Can someone point me where to look? what options on AAD have to turn on to keep access to local websites.
