What gnuradio C++ file should be included for the packet encoder?

I want to convert a flowgraph to a C++ program. I see the warnings about the packet_encoder and decoder blocks being deprecated, but they are working for me.

The python file generated creates the packet encoder with this code:

self.blks2_packet_encoder_0 = grc_blks2.packet_mod_b(grc_blks2.packet_encoder(
samples_per_symbol=2,
bits_per_symbol=1,
preamble='',
access_code='',
pad_for_usrp=False,
),
payload_length=payload_length,
)

The python import file is
from grc_gnuradio import blks2 as grc_blks2

I am running gnuradio in Ubuntu 18.04 and used apt to install the binary packages. The version is 3.7.11.

Thank you in advance for your help.
