How to cancel selection in ng-select?

0

I am using ngrx-store, Angular 6, ns-select. Value to ngrx is coming from the store. I want to have a confirmation in some cases when user change dropdown value, something like "Are you sure?". And now due for two-way data binding with [(ngModel)]="value" i can't find a way to prevent the dropdown value from changing. Code example:

<ng-select
[items]="items"
[(ngModel)]="value"
[bindLabel]="'name'"
[bindValue]="'id'"
[appendTo]="appendTo"
(change)="onChange($event)"
[disabled]="disabled"
>
<ng-template ng-label-tmp let-item="item">
<span *ngIf="item.icon" [ngClass]="[item.icon, 'lm-dropdown-icon']"></span>
<span>{{item.name}}</span>
</ng-template>
<ng-template ng-option-tmp let-item="item" let-index="index">
<span *ngIf="item.icon" [ngClass]="[item.icon, 'lm-dropdown-icon']"></span>
<span>{{item.name}}</span>
</ng-template>
</ng-select>

When I am clicking on the dropdown option in onChange handler value already changed, but in the store, it is still the same. How I can achieve something like this:

onChange(event) {
if (allowChange) {
this.change.emit(event);
}
}
