implementing Level crossing rate LCR in matlab
As we know that the LCR calculates Level Crossing Rate, that is a number of crossings (in the positive direction) of an input vector through a given threshold vector.
Assume I have x vector have n random values, and y vector has m thresholds values. How I can implement LCR to show the crossing frequency rate of the vector x at each threshold value using matlab?
