HL7 interface for beginners: Download clinical results from Mindray BS-200
I would really appreciate if someone could help me out with basic guidelines on how to read the data (clinical results after samples analysis) from a Mindray BS-200 and save the data into my SQL database. I really understand barely a thing about this topic, I do have the Host Interface Manual of this chemistry analizer but I dont know where to start or what to do.
All I know is that the analyzer has a GUI where I can set the LIS IP and its port, also there is an option in this GUI to send the results after each sample run. From your experience, is the latter a good idea?
My LIS is an ASP.net web app.
Thanks in advance.
