graph visualization: graph-tool package python

0

I have a high order graph that draw by graph-tool package python. but I need a graph visualization that make a better form. is it possible that draw the graph-tool graph by graphviz package? or some others package that visualize graph?

My graph has 200 node and more than 500 edges, but these edges Confluence to others edges and so my graph has a very bad form and complex. I want to use a graph visualizer method to change my graph form to a clarify form.

  • probably graphviz can do something , the the amount of nodes / edges will always clutter a bit. Graphviz has the possibility to output also svg probably can get something better here, but without a full blown example it is hard to tell.
