Not getting proper Base64 String from cropped image android
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
}
My aim is to upload cropped image on server.
I have used below link to crop the image
https://github.com/ArthurHub/Android-Image-Cropper
This Crop library store image temporarily into internal storage.
I can get Proper cropped bitmap but when I try to convert that bitmap into Base64 String and validate into online website like
https://codebeautify.org/base64-to-image-converter
So not getting valid image.
I am confused that I can convert Base64String into image which are not cropped. but I can not get valid Base64String for cropped Image.
ONLY IN compileSdkVersion 28 NOT WOKRING. OTHERWISE ITS WORKING
GETTING PERMISSION ISSUE

All we can say with this information is that there is a bug somewhere.
