Pristine and nokogiri problem when running 'rails generate rspec:install'

I'm starting a new rails project but face this problem when i run 'rails generate rspec:install'.

But my effort has made no difference
From the error message, I notice my gems are in
/Users/stanleychoo/.rbenv/versions/2.3.7/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0 instead of /Users/stanleychoo/.rbenv/versions/2.3.7/lib/ruby/2.3.0/rubygems/core_ext
