The service return failed.the error message is request failed with status code: 500

I have used tortoiseGit and been able to push. Or with cmd prompt without issue. when I used libgit2,the server return failed. But,I can used libgit2 to update service data.
The service name is local BitBucket (v 5.12). Any successful workarounds. Will it be supported?

  • 500 is an internal server error. What does the server log say?
