Can I get the data from a published Shiny app?

There's a Shiny app published online that I would like to retrieve the underlying data behind. I can use a tool like to Web PlotDigitizer approximate the data by scraping the output graph picture. However, I wonder if there's any way to get the actual data from the code.
For example, a Shiny app published at https://gallery.shinyapps.io/goog-trend-index/ whose code is here uses data from "trend_data.csv". Is it possible to reconstruct "trend_data.csv" using only https://gallery.shinyapps.io/goog-trend-index/ or one of the linked files?

Have a look at plumber where you can create an API (r-bloggers.com/rest-apis-and-plumber). There are great examples how to create and integrate APIs on RStudio Website
