After I switched from RVM to RBENV I'm not able to run rspec command to test my Rails Engine (which is Binda).

The error says:

/Users/myuser/path/to/my_engine/spec/dummy/Gemfile not found

To reproduce the error:

  1. requirement is to have RBENV on MacOS

  2. clone the engine repo git clone https://github.com/BindaCMS/binda

  3. change dir cd binda

  4. run bundle install

  5. create database for the dummy app cd spec/dummy && rails db:create

  6. back to the engine root and run Rsepc cd ../.. && rspec

My colleagues with RVM don't have any issue. Am I missing something?

update 1

Running bundle exec rspec gets a different result. No error. Does it ring any bell?

I could be happy with this long version, but it'd be safer to know why running rspec without bundle exec doesn't work anymore.
