Raspberry Pi Zero W Blue Tooth Connect

I am attempting to pair my Raspberry Pi W Zero with an Arduino that is serial connected to a SH-M08 BLE 4.0 module. I left click on the Blue Tooth symbol on the Raspberry Pi and use the "Add Device" selection. The SH-M08 device is showing on the list with a yellow "?" question mark icon to the left. I click on "Pair" and then receive the following error message: Pairing failed - GDBus.Error.AuthenticationFailed: Authentication Failed. Does anyone have any experience with this type of module or something similar? I have not been able to find this issue after many searches. I am new to this so any insight will more than likely be helpful. Thank you in advance for input.
