improve speed of running two loops in datalab
I want to compare two list of strings, and return the similarity score of each comparison in the datalab.
However, it takes a long time to run the code. Is there any ideas I can improve the speed of running?
I'm using the fuzzywuzzy for string comparison and below is the sample code.
The length of list1 is 34323, and the length of list2 is 49057.
`for j in range(1,len(list1)):
print(j)
str1=str(list1.iloc[j]['Q_NoProductClick'])
print(str1)
for l in range(1,len(list2)):
#print(l)
str2=str(list2.iloc[l]['Q_ClickedProd'])
#print(str2)
a=fuzz.ratio(str1,str2)`
