Watch app does not appear in the notifications page on the iPhone

0

I have a user that is having a strange problem with one of my apps. The watch companion app on the iPhone shows my app is installed on the watch but my app is not listed under the Mirror Notifications in the watch companion app on the iPhone. I have not seen this problem discussed anywhere. I have had the user:

  • unload and reload the app on the iPhone

  • toggle the iPhone Allow Notifications switch for the app on and off.

  • soft reset the iPhone.

None of this solves the problem. I know this is not specifically a programming problem, but would appreciate any help.

thanks!
