canvas 2d brush and border effects
I'd like to achieve this effect with a canvas 2d:
* Draw aliased circle around the cursor
* Paint region while cursor is pressed
* Show border of painted region
I cound't find out a proper way to achieve such effect and any insight would be very appreciated!
