How can we delete the request sent to the service in the HPC SOA Jobs?

}
I am trying to delete the requests programmatically which are already sent tothe WCF Service in the SOA jobs using Microsoft HPC cluster manager.
I could find MSDN the document explaining the Post Query to do the same. But it did not explain the components in the URI.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/desktop/hh770497(v%3dvs.85)
Can anyone please explain these components ? Or can suggest the way to delete the requests sent to service programmatically?
