AWS Java: com.amazonaws.SdkClientException: Bad file descriptor
I am trying to follow SQS example from this repo https://github.com/jonyfs/spring-boot-jms-sqs.
I have upgraded Spring boot to 2.1.0-RELEASE and cloud dependency to Greenwich.M1. The code is working fine, producing messages and consuming it
But I keep getting below exception. I have tried with different dependencies combinations and adding clientconfiguration also.

Bad file descriptor
are usually thrown when you use a closed socket. Typically AWS SDK will automatically retry connection errors like this, which is why you're not seeing any actual impact - on the retry it uses a fresh connection.
If they're happening once in a while, just ignore them. If they happen frequently, try playing with your connection settings in the ClientConfiguration to see what reduces them.
I also strongly suggest validating that you don't have some sort of classpath conflict where there are multiple versions of the same classes on your classpath - "interesting" things can happen at runtime due to how the classloader chooses which one to use.
