"I Will Remember You" (Authorized 2004 retail release of altered A&M Music original 1992 official Rhythm Remix version high concept promotional music video digitally re-synced to Heart in Motion 1991 Album version track) on YouTube | ||||
"I Will Remember You" is the seventh and final single from Amy Grant's twelfth album, Heart in Motion. After a remix of the original Album Version track was produced, a second, more refined, definitive remix then finally resulted (Rhythm Remix) which A&M not only placed in the number one slot on a three track promotional CD single released in March 1992, but then shortly thereafter created a high dollar, high concept promotional music video for as well. I Will Remember You became the fifth song from Heart in Motion to be released to pop radio as a single.

Chart performance[edit]
"I Will Remember You" peaked at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Grant's first single from the album to not reach the top ten. However, the single became Grant's fifth consecutive top five single on Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart, peaking at No. 2. Outside of the U.S., the song had modest success in Europe [France and Japan] but it was a success in many Latin American countries including Guatemala where it reached the top fifteen.
