VS studio freeze / hangs in Process when combined with StartNewFile
VS2017 15.8.9 generates output files, but hangs in Process() when combined with StartNewFile (in T4 tt file). It does not freeze and generates the output when debugged (run as "Debug T4 Template"). Entity Framework 6.2.0.
Simplified example to reproduce the problem:
