I was trying to run react native android on my Win10 pc and nothing shows up besides gnode.exe
I waited a bit too but nothing happens.
I've tried to reinstall node.js and it works, but it will do the same after a shut down or restart.
Please help I'm new to this.

I think you have to wait a little bit until the execution is finished. Generally it takes some time based on PC's configuration.
