How to remove hashes(####) in ensp router console even though my firewall allows everything of ensp?

Ensp showing dashes even though I have allowed from firewall

I want to configure the router of ensp but I can't because dashes are appearing. I heard that if we allow ensp from firewall, dashes will vanish. But I have allowed it in firewall they still they don't got away.
